Important: This is an experimental research tool for personal reflection and exploration. It is not a clinical assessment or diagnosis.

How It Works

You'll see sentence beginnings (called "stems") and complete them however feels most natural to you.

  • One response per question - just write what first comes to mind
  • No right or wrong answers - respond in whatever way feels true for you
  • Keep it brief - a sentence or two is enough

About Your Data

This assessment uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to score your responses. Here's what happens to your data:

  • Your responses are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis
  • Anthropic retains API data for 30 days, then auto-deletes it
  • Your responses are not used for AI training
  • The app operator cannot see your individual responses
  • If you post to the leaderboard, only your name and score distribution (not actual answers) are stored

Please avoid entering sensitive personal information like credit card numbers, passwords, or government IDs.
